RE-CONNECTING HUMANS TO NATURE
Staying clear of conventional soap is the right choice. The more organic and natural derived is the goal. The less parabens the better. The debate between conventional soap vs natural is multifaceted with each offering its own set of benefits and drawbacks. However, when it comes to your actual skin's health, natural will always win hands down. Be good to your skin. It absorbs.
We live in a world where allergens are more and more present; therefore, we cannot guarantee that our soap or any other product is appropriate for your skin type. If you should ever experience irritation, redness, or a rash, discontinue immediately. All of our products are for external use only. All of our products may have been in contact with potential allergens. As well as using nut oils in different products. ( Sweet Almond oil and Macadamia oil for examples.) We use pure, high quality, essential oils to make our scents, although just recently we have introduced commercial fragrances in a few. And these products are idenified as such. (FRAGRANCE) So.....we care, just be aware! Take charge of your wonderful health!
Our Story started...
...a long long time ago. Our grandparents immigrated to the United States from Italy via Ship in 1913. Faced with the hardships of starting over and gaining employment to provide for themselves, my Grandmother, Mary, would cook for others, clean, and make medicinal ointments, creams and of course her own soap. My grandfather would go to work in the coal mine, come home and tend to his garden. He would provide herbs and flowers in which my Grandmother would use in her recipes in order to help others and sometimes earn a few dollars. She carefully and meticulously would dry herbs, grind and use them in her products with astonishing results. She would infuse oils with the herbs for weeks just like her mother before her had done. I am taking so much pride in applying her traditions and formulas into my own products. Traditions. Something the world needs a lot more of! So, be good to your skin. Just like nature intended.
